Poultry & Product Training Specialist

As a Poultry & Product Training Specialist, you are the leading expert in the field of poultry. In this role, you will share your knowledge of poultry management, housing concepts, regulations, farm layouts and our systems. How do you do this? By providing training and coaching to our Service & Support department, Area Sales Managers, project teams, colleagues and dealers worldwide. In doing so, you’ll combine your poultry experience with commercial insights and market developments, resulting in valuable knowledge that strengthens both our organisation and our dealer network.

Your career

• Developing and delivering training programmes to both colleagues and dealers, including multi-day courses;

• Creating, updating and maintaining presentations, manuals and knowledge documentation;

• Supporting Service & Support, Sales and Projects by providing expert advice on housing concepts, system applications, layouts and customer-specific solutions;

• Collaborating internally to strengthen poultry knowledge and expertise within the organisation – including with the Education, Sales, Projects and Service & Support teams;

• Continuously improving training programmes by gathering and sharing field experience, customer feedback and industry knowledge;

• Maintaining your knowledge and in-depth understanding of poultry management, regulations, stocking densities, farm layouts, housing concepts and our systems;

• Monitor market developments, trends and regulatory changes, and translate these into practical training content and guidance.

Your talents

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of poultry production, poultry management and laying hen housing systems;

• Experience within the poultry industry and in developing and delivering training programmes and presentations;

• A good understanding of poultry housing concepts, farm layouts, legislation and regulations, and stocking density calculations;

• Commercial acumen and the ability to translate client requirements into practical and commercially viable solutions;

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;

• Willingness to travel internationally is an advantage.
