Project Leader OEM Products

Unlocking the genetic potential of poultry starts with the right solutions. That's why we continuously build a complete product portfolio for our customers. In this role, you are responsible for technically and organizationally coordinating projects that strengthen our portfolio. You work with portfolio managers to find the missing pieces, screen the market, and select the best solutions from top suppliers. Then, you ensure that new products are successfully introduced and integrated within our organization, processes, and ERP/PLM systems.

Your career

• Screening the market for the best solutions to complete the puzzle;

• Taking on the role of chairperson in project teams, motivating others and holding them accountable for their responsibilities;

• Keeping an eye on the intended goals, target price, and schedule;

• Working multidisciplinary and intensively with Projects, R&D, and Procurement;

• Traveling occasionally is part of this role;

• Reporting to the Portfolio Management manager.

• Completed HBO/WO education with a passion for technology;

• Affinity with team management and the agriculture world;

• Communicative skills to speak your mind;
