Teamleader Technical Documentation

Our manuals are much more than just documentation – they ensure that our innovative systems are installed and used safely, efficiently and correctly all over the world! As a Technical Documentation Team Leader, you’ll work with your team to produce clear technical documentation. You’ll be responsible for the content, supporting colleagues where necessary and helping the team to develop further. As well as collaborating with and guiding the team, you’ll also be working on professionalising and digitising our working methods.

Your career

• Acting as the technical point of contact for the team;

• Supporting and coaching colleagues, whilst encouraging knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement;

• Working closely with Engineering, R&D and Service to ensure documentation aligns even more closely with practical applications;

• Developing, optimising and visualising technical installation, assembly and user information;

• Translating complex technical information into clear, practical and user-friendly work instructions for various target groups;

• Taking the lead in organising our documentation processes more effectively, such as identifying suitable AI tools.
