Payroll Administrator

Together with two payroll administrators, you will ensure a streamlined Compensation & Benefits department within a growing organization. What will you be doing? You will process and verify payroll changes, prepare clear overviews and reports, and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions. Naturally, you will handle confidential information with care and discretion.

Your career

• Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all tasks related to payroll administration;

• Answering questions from the organization regarding laws and regulations, collective bargaining agreements, pension plans, employee insurance, and other employment conditions;

• Assisting with the processing and management of data in the HR and payroll application;

• Staying up to date on developments in the field of payroll administration and contributing ideas for improvements and potential implementations.

Your talents

• A completed MBO+ or HBO degree in a relevant field such as HR, Finance, or administration;

• Preferably, you hold the Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL);

• 2 to 3 years of work experience in payroll or HR administration—experience with Visma is a plus;

• Basic knowledge (or experience with) HR and payroll systems;

• Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English.
