As an international manufacturing company, we are growing rapidly and are on the lookout for talent of all kinds. As a Corporate Recruiter, you therefore look beyond just the CV! As a true talent magnet, you know how to find, inspire and retain scarce talent. In addition, you will professionalise our recruitment process, contribute strategic input and take the lead on challenging vacancies. In short: you are the driving force behind our recruitment.

Your career

• Developing and implementing our recruitment strategy, and professionalising our recruitment processes, systems and performance metrics;

• Managing recruitment partners, temporary employment agencies and other external collaborations;

• Advising managers and HR colleagues on recruitment and labour market developments;

• Actively recruiting for strategic and hard-to-fill vacancies and building strong talent pools;

• Ensuring applicants experience what Vencomatic Group stands for as an employer – in a personal and genuine way.

Your talents

• At least 5 years’ recruitment experience, and you have previously helped to further develop recruitment within an organisation in terms of strategy, processes and policy;

• You know how to translate recruitment into smart choices regarding processes, systems, labour market approaches, talent pools and collaborations with external partners;

• The skills to be a strong discussion partner for management and HR, switching effortlessly between strategy and implementation and taking on challenging vacancies yourself when necessary;

• A creative, enterprising and proactive approach to work, aimed at retaining talent within the Vencomatic Group;

• Communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;

• The ability to build connections and ensure a positive candidate experience, regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process.
