Innovation & Applications Engineer

Are you ready to help shape the digital future? As an Innovation & Applications Engineer, your focus is on making our processes smarter, more efficient, and future-proof. You identify opportunities for improvement, think in solutions, and translate ideas into practical, innovative applications. Acting as the link between the business, processes, and technology, you ensure that digital innovations create real value for the organization. While IT is an important partner in this role, performing IT tasks is not part of your responsibilities.

You will work closely with our IT department on the technical realization and implementation of solutions. A background in IT is certainly welcome and can be a valuable asset to the team. However, we are primarily looking for someone who understands how technology can be leveraged to genuinely improve processes and who can turn ideas into tangible results. In short, we are not looking for an IT specialist who supports processes, but for a process-driven innovator who uses technology to help move our organization forward.

Your career

• Developing, programming and optimising the internal quotation tool and other applications;

• Automating and improving workflows for internal teams and customers;

• Integrating various systems and tools to ensure a seamless user experience;

• Supporting users with technical challenges and complex issues;

• Proactively contributing to digital innovation and the improvement of our processes.
