Quality Officer

Quality above all else? Then we’re looking for you! As a Quality Officer, you’ll play a key role in monitoring and improving our quality standards. You’ll monitor processes, analyse quality deviations and support the organisation in implementing improvements. With your keen eye, you’ll ensure that quality is not just a standard, but a natural part of our day-to-day work.

Your career

• Monitoring the quality of operational processes and identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement;

• Investigating quality issues, analysing root causes and supporting the implementation of structural improvement measures;

• Drawing up quality reports and sharing insights with relevant colleagues and departments;

• Collaborating with production, logistics and other stakeholders to safeguard quality standards and drive continuous improvement;

• Initiating and supporting improvement programmes aimed at enhancing product, process and production quality.

Your talents

• MBO 4 level of working and thinking, preferably supplemented by relevant work experience within a quality-focused environment;

• Knowledge of quality management systems and applicable quality standards;

• Understanding of production and logistics processes and the associated quality risks;

• Analytical skills to translate data and deviations into concrete improvement actions;

• Accuracy, a proactive attitude and good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues at various levels.
