Job description

As Team Leader R&D Electro, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Electro R&D team, while also actively contributing to technical projects yourself. The role combines leadership, technical expertise, and process assurance, with the goal of delivering high-quality, future-proof electrical control solutions within R&D.

Your career

  • Managing a small specialized team and helping them grow in expertise, ownership, and collaboration;

  • Actively contribute to new developments and optimizations;

  • Strengthen standardization and contribute to our digital transformation;

  • Design according to CTO (Configure To Order), so we build our systems and machines modularly;

  • Bridge the disciplines and connect R&D, Engineering, and Operations into a single powerful whole.

Job requirements

Your talents

  • Experience in industrial automation & control engineering;

  • Knowledge of EPLAN, ProPanel, and/or PLC environments;

  • A down-to-earth, pragmatic attitude, allowing you to work decisively and switch between detail and the big picture;

  • A coaching leadership style.
